The present invention relates to an intangible cultural heritage on-line encyclopedia, which relates to a technology for providing functions of directly adding, editing, deleting and retrieving materials related to intangible cultural heritage, and other information on the World Wide Web by a plurality of users. Conventional materials related to intangible cultural heritage have focused on the storage of materials by professional researchers, thereby remarkably decreasing the utility and popularity of the materials. To this end, the present invention can allow a plurality of users including professional researchers and public users to easily add, edit and delete the materials related to the intangible cultural heritage information on the World Wide Web and offer various applicable opportunities of intangible cultural heritage materials to professional researchers and public users through the statistic materials of retrieval results and the analysis of local information especially when retrieving the materials. To achieve the above purpose, the present invention comprises: a head word processing part for adding, editing and deleting the intangible cultural heritage materials on the World Wide Web by a plurality of the users; a retrieval processing part for retrieving related materials from the built intangible cultural heritage on-line encyclopedia; a statistics processing part for providing statistical analysis of the results retrieved from the retrieval processing part; and a map processing part for displaying a traditional region of the results retrieved from the retrieval processing part on a map.
