The present invention relates to a copper billet casting apparatus having a reduction device using gas to remove oxygen included in a molten metal using gas during a process of melting and refining copper scrap collected for recycling. To achieve this, the copper billet casting apparatus having a reduction device using gas includes: a cylindrical smelting furnace (1) wherein a scrap inlet (11) is provided on one side to selectively be opened and closed by a door part (9), a burner to heat an internal space is provided on the other side, and an outlet (15) to discharge molten metal (M) is provided on a wall; a smelting furnace rotation device; a raw material charging part (3); a casting part (5) to produce products such as a billet by supplying the molten metal discharged from the smelting furnace (1) to a mold; and a gas injection part (7) to supply gas such as LPG or LNG into the smelting furnace (1).
