<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink supply mechanism which may stably supply an ink to a droplet discharge head without wasting the ink, and to provide an ink supply method and a droplet discharge device.SOLUTION: An ink supply mechanism 80 includes: an ink tank 81 in which an ink is stored; a filter 82; an open type first sub tank 85 which may control a head pressure of the ink to a droplet discharge head 50; a second sub tank 84 provided between the filter 82 and the first sub tank 85; a first on-off valve 95 provided at the filter 82 side, a second on-off valve 97 provided at the second sub tank 84 side, and a third on-off valve 98 provided at the first sub tank 85 side, in an area between the filter 82 and the first sub tank 85; a first pressure regulation mechanism 91 connected with the ink tank 81; and a second pressure regulation mechanism 92 connected with the second sub tank 84. Capacity of the second sub tank 84 is larger than capacity of the filter 82.</p> |
