PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a configuration of an A/D conversion circuit.SOLUTION: A circuit comprises an A/D conversion circuit for converting an input first signal to a second signal. The A/D conversion circuit includes a comparator circuit 112a for comparing a voltage of the first signal with a reference voltage with a value which sequentially changes; an A/D conversion control circuit 112b for outputting a digital signal which is a digital value with a value which sequentially changes as a fourth signal depending on a comparison result by the comparator circuit and outputting a digital signal with a digital value corresponding to a voltage value of the first signal as the second signal depending on a third signal; and a D/A conversion circuit 112c for converting the input fourth signal to an analog signal and outputting the converted analog signal as a fifth signal. The comparator circuit includes a transistor which has a source, a drain, a first gate and a second gate and the first signal is input to the first gate, the fifth signal is input to the second gate, and a voltage of one of the source and drain serves as a voltage of the third signal. |
