[Problem] To provide a monitoring method and a monitoring system whereby an occurrence of an exclusive wait from a deadlock, etc., is avoided, and it is possible to efficaciously avoid an occurrence of a task delay. [Solution] An information system comprises a task scheduling device which receives a request, and an analysis device which retains first information relating to exclusivity relations among tasks and a load trend for each task. The task scheduling device queries the analysis device regarding a task device to transfer the request to. On the basis of second information relating to operating states of task devices acquired from an operating state collecting device, and the retained first information, the analysis device notifies the task scheduling device of the task device to transfer the request to, and a wait time as necessary. If a wait time is designated on the basis of the notification from the analysis device, the task scheduling device transfers the request to the designated task device after waiting for the designated wait time. |
