A polarized three-dimensional display device and a manufacturing method therefor. The polarized three-dimensional display device comprises: a liquid crystal panel (100) which comprises an array substrate (103) and a colour film substrate (104) which are oppositely arranged, wherein the colour film substrate (104) comprises a plurality of black matrix strips (108) arranged at the side of the colour film substrate (104) facing the array substrate (103); and a liquid crystal layer (110) located between the array substrate (103) and the colour film substrate (104); a phase difference structure (106) located at a light-out side of the liquid crystal panel (100), wherein a plurality of patterned phase difference diaphragms (107) are arranged on the phase difference structure (106); and a plurality of shutter bars (201) arranged at one side of the array substrate (103), which is away from the liquid crystal layer (110), wherein the orthographic projection of the plurality of shutter bars (201) on the phase difference structure (106) covers the demarcation lines of various patterned phase difference diaphragms (107) on the phase difference structure (106), and the orthographic projection of the plurality of black matrix strips (108) on the phase difference structure (106) covers the demarcation lines of various patterned phase difference diaphragms (107) on the phase difference structure (106). The polarized three-dimensional display device and manufacturing method therefor can increase the vertical angle of view of a polarized three-dimensional display device while guaranteeing the aperture ratio.
