A colour film substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The colour film substrate comprises: a transparent underlayment (1), wherein a filter layer (2) is arranged on the transparent underlayment (1), with the filter layer (2) at least comprising a plurality of filter units, the filter layer (2) being provided with a protective layer (3) thereon; a plurality of auxiliary electrodes (4) arranged on the protective layer (3), with the positions of the auxiliary electrodes (4) corresponding to the junction positions of two adjacent filter units; black matrixes (5) arranged on the auxiliary electrodes (4), with the black matrixes (5) partly covering the auxiliary electrodes (4); spacers (6) arranged on the black matrixes (5); and transparent electrodes (7) arranged on the spacers (6), wherein the transparent electrodes (7) are electrically connected to the auxiliary electrodes (4) in the regions of the auxiliary electrodes (4) which are not covered by the black matrixes (5). In the colour film substrate, the black matrixes are arranged on the auxiliary electrodes, so that lateral light leakage due to the fact that the auxiliary electrodes reflect light can be effectively reduced, the aperture ratio can be increased, the thickness of the spacers can be reduced, and the yield can be increased; and at the same time, the effects of reducing mask plates and reducing costs can be realized. |
