If a downlink control signal received by the reception unit contains information that indicates the use of CCS, the control unit uses the result of a determination as to whether or not the cell from which said downlink control signal was received and the cell via which an uplink control signal is to be transmitted are the same to determine a resource to allocate to said uplink control signal.
