The present invention relates to a hard coat film which is characterized by being obtained by sequentially laminating, on at least one surface of a transparent base, a first hard coat layer (A) containing a filler and a second hard coat layer (B) that is formed using a hard coat agent (b2) which contains an active energy ray-curable compound (b1) having a fluorine atom and a silicon atom.
