The present invention obtains a rotating electrical machine which eliminates the need for a conductive member for coil connection and a coil terminal bonding operation to thereby achieve lower cost and improved productivity. This rotating electrical machine is provided with: a rotor (7); a stator (11) that comprises an annular stator core (12) disposed so as to surround the rotor (7), and a plurality of concentrated winding coils (14a) wound around the stator core (12); a holder (20) that comprises an annular holder part (21) having one surface in which a groove (21a) is formed so as to extend circumferentially, and is disposed at one end in the axial direction of the stator with the other surface of the holder part (21) facing the stator (11); and a plurality of connection terminals (25) that are held by the holder (20). A coil terminal (26) of each of the plurality of concentrated winding coils (14a) extends from the concentrated winding coil (14a) and is routed circumferentially in the groove (21a) and connected to the connection terminal (25) as a connection object.
