<p>The present invention relates to a flat-diaphragm structure micro speaker, the structure comprising a positioning support, a magnetic circuit device, a coil and a diaphragm; the diaphragm fits the surface of the coil; the coil is fixed via the positioning support and is formed by cladding the FPC board; the magnetic circuit device comprises an upper layer and a lower layer, the two layers sandwiching an FPC board and having the same magnetic poles on the opposite positions thereof; the coil is disposed in the magnetic gap between the upper layer and the lower layer of the magnetic device, and the shape of the coil matches the magnetic gap. The present invention can not only minimize the thickness of the speaker to H2.0 mm, following the trend of thinner and smaller mobile phones and tablets, but also enables an H2.0 mm speaker to have the same performance as an H3.5 mm speaker, thus ensuring high performance of the speaker while reducing the thickness thereof. In addition, the present invention has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture and of low cost, and has practicality and high efficiency.</p> |
