<p>The invention relates to an annular rotatable connector (2) of two sections of a protective casing for a hinged robot arm (B). Said connector is characterized in that it includes two flat annular flanges coaxial to a central axis (X-X'), the first flange (3) having a means (314) for attachment to the first of the two sections, the second flange (4) having a means (44) for attachment to the second section; in that each flange (3, 4) has a planar annular surface (311, 41) for making contact with the other flange (4, 3); in that the first flange (3) is provided with means (311, 5, 6, 47, 48) for holding and guiding the second flange (4) and enables the rotational movement of one flange relative to the other about a rotational axis (X-X') coinciding with the central axes of said annular contact surfaces (311, 41); in that each flange (3, 4) has at least one annular groove (312a, 312b, 312c, 412a, 412b, 412c) leading onto the contact surface (31, 41) thereof, which is coaxial with the rotational axis (X-X'); and in that a seal (7) is placed in the space defined by the two grooves, which are facing one another.</p> |
