A lighting pad part according to the present invention includes a substrate which includes a pad contact part and a pad insulation part, a first wiring layer which is formed on the substrate, an interlayer dielectric layer which is formed on the pad insulation part of the first wiring layer, a second wiring layer which is formed on the interlayer dielectric layer, and a permeation prevention insulation layer which is formed on the pad insulation part and includes an opening part to expose the second wiring layer. The interlayer dielectric layer is not formed on the pad contact part. The failure of the substrate due to external pressure is prevented in a lighting test process.
