PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemoglobin influence avoiding agent, in a measurement method of a substance in a blood sample.SOLUTION: The invention provides a hemoglobin influence avoiding agent when measuring substances, except hemoglobin and bilirubin, in a sample selected from plasma, blood serum, and urine by an enzymatic process using an oxidizable color reagent using as an active ingredient one or more kinds of nonionic surfactants selected from polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene condensate, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene alkylamine condensate, polyoxyethylene polyoxy propylenediamine condensate, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkyl phenyl ether, and polyoxyethylene polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester. |
