PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder attachment structure which enables highly accurate scribing, and to provide a scribe device, a holder unit, and a holder joint.SOLUTION: A holder attachment structure 23 includes: a steel ball 35 exposed to an interior space 34 of a holder joint 30; a first support part S1 formed by a steel ball receiving part 48 formed on an upper surface 43a of a body part 43 of a holder unit 40; a circular truncated cone 43b of the holder unit 40; and a second support part S2 formed by a taper part 54 of a housing 50 contacting with the circular truncated cone 43b.
