PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade-cleaning mechanism of a food product-cutting device which can reliably remove a foreign matter adhered to a cutting blade.SOLUTION: There is provided a cleaning mechanism for a cutting blade in a food product-cutting device which includes: a guide member; a pedestal so provided as to be able of freely reciprocating along the guide member; and the cutting blade for cutting a food product loaded on the pedestal. The cleaning mechanism for the cutting blade is configured of: stripping bodies each equipped with a stripping part formed of a rigid material and of which one end contacts a side surface of the cutting blade; and a bracket for detachably attaching the stripping body to the pedestal. In the cleaning mechanism, a foreign matter adhered to the cutting blade is removed with the stripping part by movement of the pedestal.
