In a case where the Activity value is smaller than the threshold or the DIFF_XORSUM value is smaller than the threshold, a reference vector is selected as a motion vector. On the other hand, in a case where the Activity value is not smaller than the threshold and the DIFF_XORSUM value is not smaller than the threshold, an N value image search vector is selected as a motion vector.</p> |
