摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororesin base material having high affinity with a biological tissue and capable of being used suitably for a biological information measurement device and an artificial organ, and to provide a printed wiring board.SOLUTION: A fluororesin base material of the present invention which is used for a biological information measurement device outputting information about a living body or an artificial organ configuring the living body includes a fluororesin as a main component and has a modified layer in at least a part region of an outside surface, the modified layer having a siloxane bond and a hydrophilic organic function. A contact angle between the outside surface of the modified layer and a pure water is preferably no more than 90°. A printed wiring board of the present invention includes the fluororesin base material and a conductive pattern laminated on the outside surface of the modified layer. The printed wiring board may preferably have one or more electronic components mounted on the conductive pattern. The printed wiring boards are laminated on at least part of the outside surface of the conductive pattern and the electronic component, and may preferably further include a film having fluororesin as a main component.</p>
