<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work plan creation device capable of creating safe work plan for workers during a work period of waste disposal work.SOLUTION: A work plan creation device 1, which creates a work schedule of waste disposal work consisting of a plurality of work processes including the ones likely to influence workers in terms of contamination amount or radiation dose, comprises: an operation input part 11 capable of inputting each work process information about the plurality of work processes; a work schedule creation part 16 for creating a work schedule of the waste disposal work that combines the plurality of work processes on the basis of a plurality of pieces of work process information; and a work load calculation part 17 which, based on the created work schedule and information about influences of the work processes included in the work process information on the workers, calculates influences of work load on the workers during a work period of the waste disposal work.</p> |
