PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet capable of preventing an adhesive component from being extruded from an end of a roll even when wound around the roll or the like, and capable of following a step part on a surface of a transparent substrate caused by thickness of a decorative layer.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive sheet having an adhesive layer containing polyurethane (A) having a polymerizable unsaturated double bond and having a storage elastic modulus (G') at 40°C of the adhesive layer of 1.0×10Pa or more when measured at frequency of 1.0 Hz. There is provided an adhesive sheet where the polyurethane (A) is obtained by reacting polyurethane (A') having an isocyanate group obtained by reacting polyol (a1) containing polycarbonate polyol with polyisocyanate (a2), with a (meth)acrylic monomer having a functional group reactive with the isocyanate group.
