1. A compound having the formula Ir(L1)(L2)(L3);
wherein ligand L1 has a structure according to Formula I: wherein ligand L2 has a structure according to Formula II: wherein ligand L3 has a structure according to Formula III: wherein rings A, B, C, and D each independently represent a 5-membered or 6-membered carbocyclic or heterocyclic ring; wherein X1, X2, X3, and X4 are each independently a neutral donor atom or anionic donor atom selected from the group consisting of carbon and nitrogen; wherein RA, RB, RC, and RD each independently represent mono, di, tri, or tetra-substitution, or no substitution; wherein RA, RB, RC, RD, R1, R2, and R3 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, deuterium, halide, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heteroalkyl, arylalkyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, amino, silyl, alkenyl, cycloalkenyl, heteroalkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, heteroaryl, acyl, carbonyl, carboxylic acids, ester, nitrile, isonitrile, sulfanyl, sulfinyl, sulfonyl, phosphino, and combinations thereof; wherein any adjacent substitution can be optionally jointed to form a ring; wherein ligands L1 and L2 can be the same or different; and wherein at least two of the ligands L1, L2, and L3 are linked together. |
