Disclosed are a radio resource multiplexing method, a base station device, a terminal device and a radio communication system. The system at least comprises two adjacent cells Ci (i = 1, 2), a used time-frequency resource is recorded as S, the time-frequency resource S is divided into at least two resource units, and each of the resource units is a time-frequency resource block. The method comprises: dividing a time-frequency resource S into N resource groups which are not overlapped with each other, recorded as RGn (n = 1, 2, …, N), where N is an integer which is greater than 1, and each of the resource groups comprises at least two resource units; and in cells Ci (i = 1, 2), dividing RGn (n = 1, 2, …, N) into two portions which are not overlapped with each other, setting a power density upper limit h(i) n, for one portion, and calling this portion main sub-resource groups, and setting a power density upper limit l(i) n for the other portion, and calling this portion auxiliary sub-resource groups, each sub-resource group satisfying the relationship of: l(i) 1/h(i) 1 < l(i) 2/h(i) 2 < … < l(i) N/h(i) N ≤ 1, and the main resource sub-groups of the two adjacent cells Ci (i = 1, 2) on each resource group being not overlapped with each other. |
