This grinding wheel tool is provided with a cylindrically shaped head unit (12) comprising a hollow area (12a) passing through the inside, and abrasive grains (14) adhered across the entire outer peripheral surface of the head unit (12). A fluid is supplied in the hollow area (12a), and in the head unit (12), communication holes (12b) are formed which communicate between the hollow area (12a) and the outer peripheral surface and which, from the radial direction of the head unit (12), are angled forwards in the direction of rotation. Hereby, it is possible to provide a grinding wheel tool which can greatly reduce clogging even in cases where a high amount of cutting chips are generated per unit time, such as in high-feed processing. |
