<p>A speed reducer testing device, comprising a support platform (20), and a servo spindle motor (1), a first rotational speed and torque sensor (3), a second rotational speed and torque sensor (7), a transmission (9) and a brake (11) arranged on the support platform (20). An output shaft of the servo spindle motor (1) is connected to an input shaft of a speed reducer to be tested (5) through the first rotational speed and torque sensor (3), and an output shaft of the speed reducer to be tested (5) is connected to an input shaft of the transmission (9) through the second rotational speed and torque sensor (7). An output shaft of the transmission (9) is connected to the brake (11). The first rotational speed and torque sensor (3) is used for detecting input speed and input torque. The second rotational speed and torque sensor (7) is used for detecting output speed and output torque of the speed reducer to be tested. The transmission (9) is matched with the brake (11) to provide a load for the speed reducer to be tested (5). The present speed reducer testing device provides a load by matching the transmission (9) with the brake (11), the load provided by the brake (11) being multiplied by the transmission (9), thereby obviating the need for a large-scale brake (11) when a large load is required during testing, and thus saving costs.</p> |
