<p>The present invention provides a held frame hanger device equipped with wire ropes for moving a held frame upward and downward when operating an air jet loom, and an oil scattering preventing structure for preventing oil generated in a hanger wheel lever from being scattered. More particularly, a bracket is installed on an inner surface of each of hanger frames disposed at both sides of the air jet loom for installing an oil absorption bar, wherein a supporting plate is formed on the bracket, and the supporting plate has the oil absorption bar formed thereon as a fixing plate such that one side of the oil absorption bar is installed to be in contact with a bottom dead point of a hanger wheel lever, and the other side of the oil absorption bar is installed to be in close contact with inward surfaces of the wire ropes. In addition, a curtain is installed at each of covers which are installed on upper portions of the hanger frames to cover the wire ropes. According to the present invention, a woven fabric can be prevented from being polluted by oil scattered from the wire ropes and the hanger wheel lever when driving the air jet loom, thereby improving quality of the woven fabric. Also, oil can be prevented from being scattered from the wire ropes and the hanger wheel lever to guarantee a long life time of the wire ropes, thereby reducing purchase costs of the wire ropes and extending operating time of the air jet loom. Thus, economic benefits such as productivity improvement or the like can be obtained.</p> |
