Disclosed is a method for casting a high-purity stainless strip. The method for casting a high-purity stainless strip according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: charging molten metal, which has been melted in an electric arc furnace, into a refining furnace and removing carbon from molten steel by supplying oxygen to the refining furnace; removing slag from the molten steel by adjusting the basicity of the slag in the refining furnace in the range of 2.0 to 4.0; refining the molten steel having the slag removed therefrom; and casting the molten steel.
