PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of an image forming apparatus and increase the rigidity of a frame arranged on one end side of an image forming unit.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes an image forming unit that has a photoreceptor drum rotatable around a rotation shaft and a developing unit for supplying a developer to the photoreceptor drum, a resin-made frame (right-side frame 12) that is formed into a plate-like shape and arranged on one end side of the image forming unit in the rotation shaft direction of the photoreceptor drum, and a beam-like member (first beam-like member 510) that is formed into an elongated shape and arranged along a surface of the frame to be fixed thereto. The beam-like member has a spring part (leaf spring 550) that can be elastically deformed in a direction orthogonal to the surface of the frame. |
