PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development, which achieves both of sufficient low-temperature fixability and excellent heat-resistant storage property and enables formation of a fixed image having suppressed glossiness to a low level.SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development comprises toner particles having a core-shell structure that consists of a core comprising a first polyester resin (A) and a shell layer covering the core and comprising a second polyester resin (B). The second polyester resin (B) has at least a metaphenylene skeleton. A content a (mass%) of a metaphenylene skeleton of the first polyester resin (A) and a content b (mass%) of the metaphenylene skeleton of the second polyester resin (B) satisfy a relational expression (1):0≤a<b. |
