PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white reflection film capable of suppressing luminance spots even when a distance between the white reflection film and a light source is short, when using for a direct-type surface light source.SOLUTION: A white reflection film for a direct-type surface light source includes: a reflection layer A; and a surface layer B made of resin and containing particles. On the surface of the surface layer B, a center line average roughness Ra is 0.4-1.5 μm, a ten point average roughness Rz is 4.0-11.0 μm, and the Rz/Ra is 7.0-10.0.
