PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing device and a data processing method capable of data processing centering on a human emotion.SOLUTION: A server device 20 includes: a dictionary acquisition means 233 which generates an emotion classification dictionary in which a plurality of phrases are classified by emotion; and a quantification means 234 which acquires the emotion classification dictionary and generates quantification data in which human emotion to a content is quantified. Thereby, various data processing of the content centering on the emotion is feasible. |
