PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition containing thermoplastic polyurethane and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and good in melting formability.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin composition containing thermoplastic polyurethane (A), thermoplastic polyurethane (B) and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C), where the content of isocyanate group (mol) in a raw material of the thermoplastic polyurethane (A) is larger than the content of hydroxyl group (mol), the content of isocyanate group (mol) is almost equal to the content of hydroxyl group (mol), a mass ratio of the thermoplastic polyurethane (B) and the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C) (B/C) is 70/30 to 99/1 and the content of thermoplastic polyurethane (A) is 1 to 30 pts.mass based on total 100 pts.mass of the thermoplastic polyurethane (B) and the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C).
