PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which manufacturing costs increase since an end surface for holding an up-conversion film layer between a transparent insulation film and a light reflection layer needs to be sealed when the up-conversion film layer is liquid, and a member and a processes for the sealing are additionally necessary.SOLUTION: Liquid up-conversion microcapsules are formed by employing a process of forming a liquid up-conversion mixture and a stirring process of mixing a liquid up-conversion liquid with a solvent and stirring them. Consequently, a liquid up-conversion mixture can be used at low cost.
