<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an efficiency of a sieve function.SOLUTION: A sheet manufacturing apparatus comprises: a selection section causing materials including fibers to pass through a plurality of openings; and a formation section forming a sheet by using the materials having passed through the plurality of openings. The selection section includes: a cylindrical section having the plurality of openings on a cylindrical surface and being rotated about a rotation central axis; and a fixed member being separately disposed on the side upper than the rotation central axis in the vertical direction, being spaced apart from the cylindrical section, being not rotated and being fixed in the cylindrical section.</p> |
