1. A method for analyzing a cell culture reaction fluid, comprising the steps of:
generating a plurality of frequencies with a sensor comprising a sensing region in operational contact with the cell culture reaction fluid and a plurality of tuning circuits outside the fluid; receiving a signal from the sensor, wherein the signal is representative of impedance spectra of the sensing region in operational contact with the cell culture reaction fluid over a measured spectral frequency range; analyzing the impedance spectra; and determining one or more properties of the cell culture reaction fluid based on the analyzed impedance spectra. |
