Provided is a vehicular cell-mounting structure with which effects produced on a cell by the outside temperature can be minimized when a vehicle traveling in extreme cold or severe heat has come to a stop. A corrugated panel part (32) of a core panel (30) is sandwiched between an upper panel (22) and a lower panel (26), and is formed to a shape in which upward-facing recessions (34) opening towards the upper panel (22) side and extending in the vehicle width direction and downward-facing recessions (36) opening towards the lower panel (26) side and extending in the vehicle width direction are lined up in alternating fashion. The sum of the surface areas of contact between the upper panel (22) and bottom wall portions (36A) of the downward-facing recessions (36) of the corrugated panel part (32) is set to a value less than the sum of the surface areas of contact between the lower panel (26) and bottom wall portions (34A) of the upward-facing recessions (34) of the corrugated panel part (32).
