METHOD FOR PARALLELING POWER GRID BLACK-START SUBSYSTEM HAVING EXTERNAL SUPPORT

The present invention relates to the technical field of power grid operation and scheduling control. Provided is a method for paralleling power grid black-start subsystems having external support. Based on a power grid black-start research program, the present invention checks the stability of subsystems, calculates the parallel line voltage of the subsystems, checks the paralleling simulation of the subsystems, and determines a feasible paralleling path and a recommendable charging direction. The method comprises: starting from the subsystems having external black-start power support and higher stability, first paralleling with an external power grid, then paralleling with the subsystems having external support, and then paralleling with the subsystems having no external support and having higher and lower stability, and finally paralleling with the remaining subsystems to form an overall main grid frame of a power grid. The method provides a basic method and an alternative scheme for a power grid scheduling and operation mechanism to effectively restore the main grid frame of the power grid, thus avoiding the risk of black-start, improving the success rate of black-start, and facilitating in promoting the black-start process of a large power grid and in meeting the electricity demands in a wider area.
