This action is implemented in the same direction each time there is one rotation when the take-up member (40) rotates (N-1) times. Next, on the Nth rotation of the take-up member (40), a guide member (61) guides the optical fiber (11) to move obliquely to the side opposite to the direction of shift in the (N-1)th rotation of the take-up member (40). |
