The present invention provides a capacitive built-in touch screen, preparation method therefor and display device thereof. The capacitive built-in touch screen comprises: multiple grid scanning lines and data lines arranged vertically and crosswise; multiple common electrodes, the common electrodes being loaded with common electrode signals during a displaying time and with touch scanning signals during a touching time so as to be multiplexed as touch drive electrodes; and multiple touch sensing electrodes, the touch sensing electrodes being arranged in the same layer with the data lines, disposed in the areas corresponding to the grid scanning lines, and output touch sensing signals during the touching time. The touch drive electrodes and the touch sensing electrodes are in crossed insulating arrangement. Because the common electrodes are multiplexed as the touch drive electrodes, and the touch sensing electrodes and the data lines are arranged in the same layer, the touch screen can be formed simultaneously by a patterning process, without extra processes for producing the touch drive electrodes and the touch sensing electrodes, therefore the production cost is saved, and the production efficiency is improved. |
