<p>The present invention relates to a tire replacement apparatus having an improved jig which has advantages in various aspects including preparation of a jig, replacement of the jig, storage of the jig, etc. by allowing a single worker to replace the jig which mounts a tire on a press to press the tire according to a size of the tire and prepare only a portion of components of the jig for each tire size. The tire replacement apparatus having an improved jig according to the present invention comprises: a work die formed in a flat surface on which a replacement tire is placed; a frame installed on the work die and whose lower portion is supported by the work die; a pressing means having a head installed on the frame to move vertically to press the tire placed on the work die, and size adjustment recesses formed on a lower portion of the head at angular intervals; size adjustment bars formed in a long bar shape in a vertical direction and whose upper ends are inserted into the size adjustment recesses formed on the head of the pressing means; a pressing ring formed in an annular shape to be placed on an upper portion of the tire on the work die and whose upper portion contacts the lower ends of the size adjustment bars; and a drive means installed on one side of the frame to drive the pressing means.</p> |
