In the present invention, disclosed is an apparatus for washing and aging crops, which is allowed to wash a huge amount of crops like peeled rice and age the same at the same time, including a washing part for washing crops and a dehydration drying part installed on the lower part of the washing part wherein the washing part includes a washing and aging tank in which received crops are washed by water used for washing and aging crops and accordingly aged, and an agitator which is provided for the washing and aging tank to agitate the crops and the water wherein the washing and aging tank has a cylindrical shaped bottom floor part on the center and a crop guiding passage part formed on the outer circumference of the bottom floor part wherein the lower surface of the crop guiding passage part is lower than the height of the bottom floor part. |
