A seawater cooling system is disclosed. According to the present invention, the seawater cooling system comprises: a clean water circulation unit wherein clean water is circulated to cool equipment arranged in an FPSO; a seawater trunk arranged on a hull of the FPSO, wherein seawater which is heat-exchanged with the clean water circulating in the clean water circulation unit and cools the clean water stored; and a water intake caisson connected to the seawater trunk, catching seawater to be supplied to the seawater trunk. The seawater is caught by natural pressure from the deep sea to be supplied to the seawater trunk.
