PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat radiation effect of a light emitting element provided at a light source device.SOLUTION: An attachment part 71b of a light emitting element 71 is placed on a placement surface 82b1 that is a bottom surface of a hand reeling part 82b provided at a first holder 82. Lead terminals 71c of the light emitting element 71 are respectively inserted into through holes 82c. An insulation part 71c1 is formed at an outer periphery of each lead terminal 71c. The through hole 82c is formed into a toric shape along an outer periphery of the insulation part 71c1 of the lead terminal 71c. Cross section areas of the through holes 82c are larger than a total sum of cross section areas of each lead terminal 71c and is smaller than an area of a circumscribed circle formed by the multiple lead terminals 71c.
