PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that easily arranges a wire harness in a foam resin panel installed on a floor of a vehicle cabin.SOLUTION: A wire harness module 10 includes: a plate-like foam resin panel 20 installed on a floor of a vehicle cabin; a wire harness 30 which is stored in a recessed part 21 formed on a surface of the foam resin panel 20; and a cover member 40 which is formed by a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin heat-sealed to the foam resin panel 20 and closes an opening of the recessed part 21 in which the wire harness 30 is stored.
