<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner configured to adjust pitch interval of a plurality of light-emitting points in a sub-scanning direction sufficiently, and to reduce variability of the pitch intervals in the sub-scanning direction on a scanned surface, an image forming apparatus including the optical scanner, and a method of manufacturing the optical scanner.SOLUTION: An optical scanner includes: deflection means which deflects a plurality of light fluxes emitted from light-source means having a plurality of light-emitting points; and an imaging optical system having an imaging optical element and converging the light fluxes deflected by the deflection means on a scanned surface. When an angle of a trajectory of a light beam around an optical axis in the imaging optical element isφ, and an angle of the imaging optical element around the optical axis isθ, the following expression is satisfied: 0.1≤θ/φ≤0.9.</p> |
