PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managed biometric-based notification system and method that is especially useful for a biometrics application using information taken in from an image.SOLUTION: A managed biometric-based notification system comprises: an image acquisition system 105 adapted to take in a first content 110 containing a set of features; and a comparison module 140 including a database that has a second content containing a set of features, a search engine, and a memory that are operatively connected to the image acquisition system and the database. In the comparison module, a processor is operatively connected to the image acquisition system, and the search engine is programmed to execute a series of instructions stored in the memory and to process the set of features of the first content and the set of features of the second content. The managed biometric-based notification system also comprises: a notification component including a transmission data point; a content management module 180; and a pre-selected reception node 220. |
