PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus, a control method, and a control system capable of setting a dynamic range to each of pixel groups of two types on an identical imaging surface.SOLUTION: The control apparatus comprises a setting unit which sets a first control value for exposure control of a first pixel group and a second control value for exposure control of a second pixel group to the first pixel group and the second pixel group, which are on an identical imaging surface. The setting unit sets different values as the first control value and the second control value before the execution of predetermined photometric processing.
