PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front surface of an inkjet printing head which maintains a high liquid dripping pressure and low adhesiveness over the whole component life.SOLUTION: A front surface of an inkjet printing head 200 includes the front surface and a polymer in which a siloxy fluorocarbon arranged on the front surface forms a network structure. The polymer in which the siloxy fluorocarbon forms the network structure is a polymerization product of a mixture containing about 2 to about 12 pieces of alkoxysilane precursor substance, at least one of the alkoxysilane precursor substance is hydrophobic alkoxysilane precursor substance. At least one of the alkoxysilane precursor substance is aromatic alkoxy silane precursor substance. A polymer in which siloxy fluorocarbon forms a network structure is insoluble for a solvent selected from a group ketone, chlorinated solvent and ether.
