摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loss at a time of energy conversion as much as possible to achieve lower cost.SOLUTION: A differential gear includes: a housing 2 having therein a differential component storage chamber 2a in which lubricating oil 40 is stored; a differential mechanism 10 disposed in the differential component storage chamber 2a; a rotational body 21 rotating along with a drive shaft and forming a rotation track below a liquid level of the stored lubricating oil 40; and a fixed body 30 disposed below the liquid level of the lubricating oil 40 and disposed proximate to an outer circumferential surface of the rotational body 21. The rotational body 21 includes a plurality of oil movement storage chambers 25 into which the rotational body 21 is partitioned by rotation-side partition walls 24 in a circumferential direction and each of which has an open outer circumferential surface. The fixed body 30 includes a plurality of oil stop storage chambers 34 into which the fixed body 30 is partitioned by fixed-side partition walls 32 in the circumferential direction and each of which has an open inner circumferential surface. An oil moving layer of the lubricating oil 40 stored in each oil movement storage chamber 25 and an oil stop layer of the lubricating oil 40 stored in each oil stop storage chamber 34 move relatively to each other across a boundary therebetween.</p>
