A light-emitting microcapsule (1), a preparation method thereof and an organic electroluminescent display apparatus comprising the microcapsule (1) are used in the technical field of display. The organic electroluminescent display apparatus comprises the microcapsule (1) with a phosphorescent light-emitting material (2) as a core material. The microcapsule (1) reduces self-quenching of the phosphorescent light-emitting material (2), isolates water and oxygen, and makes display brightness of the organic electroluminescent display apparatus improved and a service life prolonged.
