The invention relates to a method for the in situ production of sandwich components reinforced by means of reinforcing fibers (8) in a primary shaping process by using different unfilled polyurethane systems or polyurethane systems modified with fillers, said polyurethane systems consisting of at least one reaction component, or similar reaction plastic systems such as polyurea systems or polyisocyanurate systems. In order to form a fiber-reinforced cover layer, the reinforcing fibers (8) are wetted with at least one foamable or compact reaction plastic system or are already contained in this matrix system (7) as short fibers, and a foam core is produced from at least one further foamable reaction plastic system (6). The shaping and the curing of the systems (6, 7) into a fiber-reinforced sandwich component occur in situ in a shaping tool (5), simultaneously in one production process. |
